The Shadowlands 9.1. Chains of Domination brings a really big raid

Among these new factors are a new raid, a new eight-boss “mega dungeon,” a new questing zone, and most importantly, the unlockable ability to ride flying mounts in all Shadowlands zones except Oribos and The Maw.

The next big WoW patch is called "Chains of Domination". But not only the name is known, a large part of the content has already been disclosed. The update has been on the PTR for many weeks and has been constantly expanded with new content. We'll tell you what you can look forward to.

Among these new factors are a new raid, a new eight-boss “mega dungeon,” a new questing zone, and most importantly, the unlockable ability to ride flying mounts in all Shadowlands zones except Oribos and The Maw. I’ll briefly go over the details of everything I’ve just mentioned, and then I’ll conclude by providing you with the currently-scheduled release date for the Chains of Domination patch. Let’s begin with the new raid.

New raid: Sanctum of Domination
Raid players in particular can be happy, because the first patch brings a really big raid. The Sanctum of Dominion is a so far unexplored part of the Torghast Tower and is home to a total of 10 bosses who have to be defeated. A few highlights from these fights are already known:

A boss will be the "true eye of the jailer"
The Tarragrue can be fought
Kel’thuzad is one of the bosses
There is a clash with the banshee queen Sylvanas Windrunner - she is the final boss of the raid
Sylvanas drops her legendary Rae’shalare bow, which greatly improves hunters
Rogues can get hold of one of Sylvana's special daggers
